If fresh local produce is what you are after, Kingscote is the gateway to the Kangaroo Island Brewery, Kangaroo Island Spirits Distillery and the Emy Bay Lavender Farm. Hiring a car and visiting all these local businesses is the best way you can see the eastern part of Kangaroo Island.
